Please note: Due to the personalized nature of our custom jewelry, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue. All refunds are processed manually by our team after review — no automated refund is available in the system.

Customized Jewelry

As each piece of custom jewelry is crafted specifically for you based on your personal specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized items once production has begun. Please review your design carefully before confirming your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs for returns and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.

Ring Size Adjustment

We provide a complimentary one-time ring size adjustment within 30 days of delivery for rings purchased from us. Shipping costs for the adjustment service may apply.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Our team will follow up with you via email.

Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment method by our admin team. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement.

Shipping Refund

Shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a defective product, subject to manual review.

Not Covered by Our Policy

  • Changes of mind after confirming the design
  • Damage caused by improper care or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • jewelry that has been altered or modified by another jeweler
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery (for defects)

Proper care can help your jewelry last for years. Here are some tips:

Remove jewelry before swimming or bathing
Apply perfume and cosmetics before wearing jewelry
Store in the provided gift box when not wearing
Clean gently with a soft cloth regularly
